Before you book
- The first lesson is designed to answer that question directly. It's fully refundable — so the cost of finding out is nothing. If it isn't the right fit, you'll know by the end of the fifty minutes, and you'll get your money back with no hoops to jump through.
- Not at all. Mie works with complete beginners regularly — in fact, starting from scratch often produces the fastest early progress, because there are no bad habits to undo. Just show up ready to listen and try.
- Yes. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice carry no penalty — the lesson credit returns to your account. Under 24 hours, the lesson is forfeited. This is the only policy in place, and it's applied fairly.

Before your first lesson.
- Nothing. Just join your online video session on time. A pen and paper for notes is nice but optional — Mie sends written notes after every lesson.
- If you feel the lesson wasn't right for you, email us within 48 hours of your first lesson and we'll refund the $55 in full — no explanation needed. It's a genuine guarantee, not a policy maze.
- Mie will outline a suggested learning path. If you want to continue, you book future lessons at your own pace — weekly, fortnightly, or ad hoc. There's no package you have to commit to upfront.
